At LARRY LUXE, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.
 

1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear

• Be returned in its original packaging where possible
  
   

2. Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Items without their original tags

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer use

• Items returned outside the 14-day return period
  
   

3. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or other suitable solution.

 

4. Exchanges

Want a different size or another item?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option or a refund where applicable.

 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning an item, as LARRY LUXE cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
